These terms cover use of Calendful, including the host app and hosted booking/RSVP pages at calendful.app.
The service
Calendful lets hosts create calendars and collect bookings or RSVPs. Guests submit information on public pages you publish. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
Hosts authenticate through the design platform that embeds Calendful. You are responsible for activity under your host identity and for the content of your calendars (titles, descriptions, questions, and emails you send via the product).
Acceptable use
Do not use Calendful for illegal activity, spam, malware, or to collect sensitive data you are not allowed to process. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.
Data
Guest submissions are provided to the host who owns the calendar. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. Uninstalling the app triggers deletion of host data we store.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost bookings, email delivery failures, or third-party outages.
